Child Safety Planning
DVERT completes safety planning for every child and teen on the DVERT caseload, developing specific steps appropriate to each child’s situation and needs. These steps help them avoid future exposure to, and physical injury from, domestic violence. The safety plan also identifies additional services and supports that can decrease the likelihood of harm coming to the child.
