The 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office is a government
agency statutorily mandated to prosecute those charged with committing
crimes in the 4th Judicial District against the State of
Colorado. The 4th Judicial District prosecutes criminal cases in two counties:
El Paso and Teller. Our office is located in Colorado Springs. The Fast-Track Victim Advocacy Program is a department in the
District Attorney’s Office established in 1999. Advocates provide education and support to victims of Domestic
Violence Crimes, as well as, assist the Deputy District Attorney who
prosecutes criminal cases.
