Colorado Legal Services provides free legal aid in civil cases to qualified low-income residents and senior persons in all 63 counties of Colorado. A professional staff of lawyers, paralegals, administrative and support personnel provide our services. In our partnership with DVERT, we offer assistance to domestic violence victims with obtaining permanent restraining orders, as well as assistance with divorces, custody, housing/eviction, public benefit, and consumer matters. Representation by an attorney is possible in some cases, depending upon available resources.
